A 49-year-old woman has been banned from the roads for the second time in the last decade after she was found behind the wheel while almost four times the drink-drive limit.
Elisa Kern was seen driving slowly and erratically on Crawley Avenue towards the M23 at 11pm on June 28 when she was stopped by police.
When she was breathalysed she had 139 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millitres of her breath - just below four times the legal limit of 35 microgrammes.
