DANIEL Palmer has been asked at his murder trial if he tried to drag Joao Esteves' body along a muddy path into woodland to hide it.
Palmer, who denied the accusation, was questioned yesterday (Tuesday) about what happened in the Three Bridges alleyway where Mr Esteves was discovered lying unconscious in the early hours of January 19.
Prosecutor Paul Valder also quizzed Palmer about an incident at Legends in Crawley High Street earlier in the night.
