TESTS on a woman who died after falling ill at Gatwick Airport on Saturday have confirmed that her death was not linked to the Ebola outbreak which has killed hundreds of people in west Africa.
The woman, who is reported to be from Sierra Leone, had became ill shortly after she left a flight from Gambia.
She later died at East Surrey Hospital.
Due to the part of the world the woman had come from tests were carried out to see whether she could have died from the Ebola virus.
