A FIRE crew were called in to help clear up after a Crawley home flooded early this morning.
Pipes in the loft of the property, off Ifield Avenue, burst causing water to leak through into a bedroom below.
Firefighters from Crawley Fire Station isolated the electrics and the mains.
They then helped by using buckets and mops for the clean-up operation.
After an hour the crew left the scene and the homeowners were left with their neighbours who said they would look after them.
