POLICE were called to a restaurant on the High Street yesterday (July 30) after a dispute over a bill.
A police van and car were seen outside Dragon Buffet at 1.45pm.
It is unclear whether the issue involved Dragon Buffet.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "There was a dispute over payment between restaurant staff and a customer at a restaurant in Crawley High Street at 1.45pm today Wednesday (July 30)."There were no injuries, no damage, and no arrests."
