A MAN has been taken to hospital after being attacked in an alleyway in Broadfield this afternoon.
The 20-year-old sustained a serious injury to his hand in the incident.
There have been reports that he was stabbed but police say at this stage it isn't clear what caused the injury.
The scene of the attack was cordoned off by police while enquiries took place but the cordon has now been lifted.
