CRAWLEY firefighters were called in to action in the early hours of today (July 28) after a shed caught fire.
Fire crews were sent to the blaze, in the garden of the Cherry Tree pub, at Copthorne Bank, Copthorne, at 3.55am.
One fire engine from Crawley and one from Horley were dispatched.
Firefighters used two hose reels and two sets of breathing apparatus to tackle the blaze, which completely destroyed the shed.
It is believed to have started accidentally.
