THE Hazelwick Flyover has reopened this morning (Wednesday) after repair work finished a week early.West Sussex County Council had warned drivers to expect 16 weeks of "significant disruption" when the project began at the start of February.The anticipated traffic chaos was not as bad as most feared - although at certain times of the day there were long queues, in particular from the M23 and Manor Royal.
