CREWS from Crawley Fire Station were called to a road in Furnace Green last night after residents reported feeling and hearing a rumbling underneath the ground.
Two fire engines attended the scene at about 11pm last night (Sunday), after a call from a house on Warnham Road where residents said they could feel a "juddering" underneath the lampposts along the road.
Some houses in the area experienced a loss of electricity around the same time.
