A MAN who went missing after being detained under the Mental Health Act having become agitated at Gatwick Airport has been found.
United States citizen Douglas Herr, 42, was moved from the airport to Meadowfield Hospital in Arundel Road, Worthing, to be assessed.
He was last seen there by staff on Monday (June 16) at 9pm.
Police revealed today that he has been found safe and well in Kent.
They thanked members of the public who responded to their appeal to trace Mr Herr.
