A WOMAN had to be cut out of her car following a collision with a bus in Northgate.
A Volkswagen car and a bus collided on Woodfield Road at about midday today. The female driver of the Volkswagen had to be freed by firefighters. She is thought to have suffered only slight injuries.
Sussex Police also attended closed off the road while the incident was dealt with.
The scene was cleared shortly after 1.30pm.
