THE young child who was injured after being hit on the head by a wooden pole at a Crawley adventure playground was lucky to survive, it has been revealed.
The victim has been named for the first time as Harvey Tagorti.
Thankfully, the eight-year-old - who was seven at the time of the incident - has made a remarkable recovery but it has emerged this week that doctors only gave him a 50/50 chance of surviving an emergency operation.
