A GROUP of men launched into an attack on a lone male in the town centre this afternoon (Monday).
At 1.35pm it was reported that a group of men were attacking another man on The Boulevard. The men were running away as police arrived and one man has been arrested on suspicion of affray.
The alleged victim has been found and at this time there is no report of him having any significant injury or of anything being stolen.
