A NEW Caribbean-themed restaurant is about to open in Crawley town centre alongside Morrisons and the Travelodge at the northern end of the High Street.
Turtle Bay specialises in food and drink from the West Indies and currently has a chain of stores dotted around the UK, in locations including Birmingham, Bristol and Southampton.
A planning application from the restaurant's director was submitted to Crawley Borough Council last Monday (April 28).
