A THREE car crash on Crawley Avenue forced the closure of the road for about 90 minutes this afternoon (Saturday).
A Renault Clio, Vauxhall Corsa and a Ford Mondeo were involved in the incident on the stretch of the A23 between Ifield Avenue and the Tushmore roundabout at about 3pm.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said some of the occupants of the vehicles suffered minor injuries but there was no indication any of them needed hospital treatment.
The road was re-opened at about 4.30pm.
