A BROKEN down vehicle on an M23 exit slip lane is causing queues onto the motorway and back into Crawley.
A car has broken down and is blocking a lane on the Junction 11 (Pease Pottage) exit slip road southbound leading to the A23.
There is further congestion on the A23.
One lane is blocked and there is queueing traffic on A23 northbound at Handcross, because of a broken down horsebox.
This incident is in the roadworks area and congestion goes back to Bolney Cross.
