POLICE are investigating the mysterious theft of six large rubbish bins from Dingle Close, in West Green, over the past six months.The first theft occurred between 10pm on September 4 and 8am the following morning, when two large metal refuse bins were taken from a bin storage area.Two plastic bins were stolen from the same area between 10pm on November 9 and 7am on November 10.The latest theft was last weekend when two large green Biffa refuse bins were stolen.A man driving a white, high-top...
