A CASE in which a 59-year-old man has been accused of indecent assault of a girl under the age of 14 and raping a girl under 16 has been sent to crown court.Ian Gillett, of Sandown on the Isle of Wight, appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court last Wednesday and entered no plea to five charges of indecent assault and rape.
