DANIEL Palmer, who is charged with the murder of a man who had been sleeping rough in Three Bridges, will appear in court on Friday (April 4).
Palmer, 23, is accused of murdering Joao Esteves in January.
The Portuguese national was found unconscious in an alleyway between Stephenson Way and Haslett Avenue East in the early hours of the morning.
He was taken to hospital but died later.
