AN ELDERLY woman returned to her Gossops Green home to find it ransacked and her jewellery stolen.
The intruder smashed a window of the 84-year-old's home in Dower Walk and stole rings, chains, necklaces and bracelets.
The burglary occurred between 6.30 and 10.30pm on March 19 while the victim was out.
