A MAN who was seen punching his puppy in a park has been banned from keeping dogs.
Nick Coplowe, 36, punched his 13-month-old schnauzer-cross in front of horrified onlookers at Hove Park on March 10.
He has now had the pup taken from him and was banned from keeping another dog after being found guilty of causing unnecessary suffering.
Coplowe, from Hertfordshire, was fined £1,200, banned from keeping dogs for five years and had to relinquish ownership of the dog at Brighton Magistrates'...
