PUPILS' progress and the quality of teaching has been deemed inconsistent at a primary school in Pound Hill and an action plan for improvement has been issued.
Milton Mount Primary School was assessed by a team of three Ofsted inspectors on February 25 and 26, who concluded overall that the school "requires improvement".
