A CAR caught fire near Cheals Roundabout due to a faulty fuel line.
The owner called in the fire service after seeing smoke coming from the car at about 1.20pm yesterday (Tuesday).
The fire was out by the time a crew from Crawley Fire Station arrived at the scene, at the roundabout on the A23. The firefighters inspected the vehicle and left the incident with police.
