A TEENAGER who was hit by a car trying to cross the M23 while fleeing from police is still in hospital and unlikely to be released any time soon, police have said.
The 19-year-old from Crawley Down was struck by a car as he tried to run across the northbound carriageway from the central reservation on the M23 between junctions 10 and 10a on February 9.
