FIREFIGHTERS had to smash the window of a car to release a nine-week-old baby stuck inside.
A crew was called out from Crawley Fire Station at about 6pm yesterday (Monday) to County Oak retail park off London Road.
The baby was locked in a car which was parked outside Next clothing store. Firefighters tried several methods to try to open the car before resorting to breaking a window to get the baby out.
