SEVEN Crawley councillors were accidentally locked in Crawley Library last night (March 6).
Along with two council officers and 19 Crawley residents, the councillors were trapped amid the books after all the doors were locked to the library while an East Crawley County Local Committee meeting was still taking place upstairs.
The meeting had ended at about 8.25pm, at which point everyone in attendance found they couldn't get out.
