AN elderly man who was hit by two cars in Crawley last week has died in hospital.
Bernard McNeill, 77, of Faygate Lane in Faygate, near Horsham was crossing ifield Drive when he was hit by a Ford Fiesta and a Volkswagen Passat.
It happened at the junction with Parham Road and opposite Ifield shopping parade, shortly after 6pm on Wednesday last week.
He was taken to St George's Hospital in Tooting with a serious head injury. He died there yesterday (Wednesday).
