A NEW access road linking the A23 with Tilgate Park has been given the green light by the council's cabinet.Crawley Borough Council is investing £1 million in the road and other improvements to the park.The road will be 5.5 metres wide, with two narrower pinch points to give traffic travelling in one direction priority.The other changes will include improved coach parking facilities, an extra 30 parking spaces in the main car park and the installation of a pay and display system.It is...
