FIREFIGHTERS were called out to deal with a burnt bowl of rice pudding.
The culinary calamity occurred in the kitchen of a flat in Woldhurstlea Close, Gossops Green.
Crews were alerted to the property at about 9.25am this morning, after an automatic smoke alarm signalled directly through to Crawley Fire Station.
