AN AIRLINE employee faces a potentially costly court hearing in a row over a £5 note.
Danny Anderson is accused of stealing the money from budget airline easyJet at Gatwick Airport on August 7.
The 21-year-old, from Orpington in Kent, pleaded not guilty at a previous hearing and elected for summary trial when he appeared at Horsham Magistrates' Court on Monday, February 10.
He is now listed to appear for trial at Brighton Magistrates' Court on May 13.
