A BOMB scare at the office of Crawley MP Henry Smith has been found to have been a false alarm.
Police blocked off the industrial estate in Stephenson Way, Three Bridges, earlier today after a suspicious envelope sent to Mr Smith's office at the Crawley Business Centre sparked concerns.
Workers in the area were evacuated as the military bomb disposal team arrived to investigate. Their examinations have now finished and the package was found not to be dangerous.
