A MAN has reportedly been hit by at least two cars as he attempted to run across the M23 near Pease Pottage.
An eyewitness told Crawley News the man appeared at the edge of the motorway before attempting to run across the carriageway at about 12.15pm today.
He was reportedly hit by one car before then being hit by at least one other on the northbound carriageway.
Sussex Police have said they are aware of the incident but are unable to give out any details at this stage.
