Detectives are still trying to get in touch with the relatives of a man who died after being assaulted in Crawley.
Officers were called at 3.25am on Sunday (January 19) after a 45-year-old Portuguese man was found seriously injured in an alleyway between Stephenson Way and Haslett Avenue East.
He was carrying a Portuguese ID card and officers are liaising with the Portuguese authorities to try to confirm that the information on the card is accurate.
