A man who dedicates his free time to running a youth club has called on the borough and county councils to support his work after they ignored previous requests for assistance.Isaac Conroy set up the Friday night sessions in Northgate in 2010 after finding there was nothing for young people to do in the town without spending money.Now the club at St Paul's Methodist Church, in Woodfield Road, is so popular the 23-year-old has applied for a second lottery grant to help him upgrade equipment...
