THE Government has pledged £50 million to kick-start the redevelopment of Gatwick Airport's railway station.The money has been pledged after calls to improve transport links to the airport.A large-scale redevelopment, costing up to £180 million, has been proposed to make the station more suitable for passengers with luggage.
