THE regional head of operations for the country's largest private car park operator has apologised after staff members left a van parked in a disabled bay for 90 minutes.
The two employees of National Car Parks (NCP) were photographed getting out of the vehicle after reversing into the disabled space on The Boulevard in the town centre on Monday last week.
The photograph, which was posted on the Spotted: Crawley Facebook page, caused widespread outrage.
