Wanted man hands himself in to Chinese authorities

A man with links to Sussex, wanted since 2002 in connection with historic sexual offences, has given himself up to authorities in China. Neil Robinson, 47, from Staines, in Surrey, was wanted in connection with the distribution of indecent images of children and the rape of a child, offences which took place between 2000 and 2002.
