EAST Grinstead rail commuters have today started to realise the benefits of more seats on Southern services.
Southern's weekday winter timetable came into effect today (Monday) and will see the introduction of new trains on some of Southern's busiest metro routes.
The move will free-up carriages which will be used to lengthen morning and evening peak-time trains from East Grinstead to and from London.
