A YOUNG boy was hit by a car and knocked off his bike yesterday (November 14) outside Thomas Bennett Community College.
An emergency call was made at 4.20pm and an ambulance attended the incident.
The crew treated the boy who was on a zebra crossing at the junction between Ashdown Drive and Southgate Avenue.
It is understood that the boy broke his leg in the incident. He is reported to be three years old.
He was fully conscious after being hit and was treated at the scene before being taken...
