A MAN was rushed to hospital after he was trapped in his car following a collision along Plawhatch Lane.
The driver, who was in his 70s, suffered ankle, pelvic and abdomen injuries after his dashboard collapsed onto him during the crash in Sharpthorne on Thursday (September 5) at about 12noon.
An air ambulance was scramble to the scene as well as two ambulances and a first aid car.
He was taken to Royal Sussex Hospital by land ambulance with non-life threatening injuries as a precaution....
