A THREE-YEAR-OLD boy has been hit by a car in a Three Bridges car park.
The child was struck by a VW Golf in the car park at Lidl and Iceland, on Hazelwick Avenue, at about 3.30pm.
A Sussex Police spokesman confirmed they received a call at 3.37pm and that the child was taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton. The extent of his injuries are not known although the spokesman said they are thought to be serious.
