Officers are searching for Harry Brackpool who is sought in connection with a string of offences, including threats to kill and an assault in Merstham, Surrey.Surrey Police have been unable to track down the 24-year-old and earlier today issued an appeal for the public's help to locate him. A man in his thirties has been arrested after a heavy police presence was spotted in Horley today (Wednesday).Heavy police presence were seen along with ambulance cars and the police helicopter this afternoon. One resident at the scene has also reported seeing police officers "pinning down" a man by the Texaco petrol garage at around 3.45pm.
