Langley Green man accused of attacking another man
THE trial of a 36-year-old accused of assaulting another man by beating him has been adjourned.
Imran Mahmood, from Maiden Lane, Langley Green, is alleged to have beaten Abdul Ghafar on August 4 in Horsham.
Mahmood pleaded not guilty to the offence on October 8 and appeared at Horsham Magistrates' Court on January 9, when the case against him was adjourned until March 9.
On this date Mahmood, who has been released on conditional bail, is to face trial at the same court.
